New Paradigm Development selected Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) to prepare a Parking Demand Analysis on the proposed, state-of-the-art Blue Mist Mountain Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

RKA developed a cohesive planning approach to accommodate the variety of parking demand inflows across the resort.  The parking study identified the number of parking spaces that would be needed to serve the development.

When Blue Mist finishes construction, RKA’s recommendations will help the resort serve more customers in need of a getaway vacation.
