Design, permitting and construction management for the relocation of approximately 3.9 miles of 6"-24"potable water main and 3 miles of 4"-16" force main to accommodate the proposed roadway improvements of State Road 426. This project was being performed as a Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with FDOT, which involved a significantly different design approach than typical municipal projects. It was also an experimental metric unit project.
