This project consisted of the reconstruction and widening of 1.6 miles of 2-lane rural arterial to a 5-lane curb & gutter section. Offsite drainage was separated from roadway runoff to minimize the size of stormwater management facilities. The project also provided for the future installation of the West Orange Trail within the corridor.

Innovative/Cost-Effective Designs: extensive offsite drainage components were provided to reduce the stormwater management requirements. Wherever possible, the existing pavement section was resurfaced.
