Our Transportation Planning/Project Development & Environment Studies Department provides comprehensive and balanced services to meet the challenges of any project whether it is to evaluate the need for an additional turn lane at a minor intersection or a major new roadway alignment with sensitive environmental concerns and public controversy. We provide a wide range of Transportation Planning Services and Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Studies. All of our projects have an affect on the human environment. Therefore, mitigating community impacts becomes one of the most important elements of our work. Our experienced staff of project managers, transportation planners, environmental scientists and engineers have become increasingly aware of the need for comprehensive public outreach and public agency involvement in every assignment.
