The project consisted of adding two ramps to an existing half diamond interchange. The project included geometric design, toll facility design, right-of-way, signing and marking, signalization, maintenance of traffic, utility adjustments and highway lighting. A significant portion of the highway lighting involved retrofiting the existing expressway with a lighting system consistent with the existing expressway lighting.
