The 4.3-mile project included boundary line and right-of-way determination; ground control for aerial mapping; topographic surveys to supplement aerial mapping and for engineering design; utility location surveys; drainage surveys; right-of-way map preparation and; legal description preparation for right-of-way acquisition.
