Outcome The outcome of this Study will be a listing of roadway improvement projects out to the year 2025 that will enhance the capacity of the County's roadway network, and will be “cost affordable”. Roadway projects that are not currently affordable, based upon currently identified funding sources, will also be presented and evaluated to identify future potential improvements. The affordable projects will be evaluated as to their ability to provide additional capacity and ease traffic congestion. A recommended phasing plan will also be provided for each project, based upon public input, County staff and officials comments, and other criteria. These projects will then be included in the County's Capital Improvements Program for ultimate financing and construction. |
