Primera is a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) located east of Interstate-4 north of Lake Mary Boulevard in Lake Mary, Florida. The entire site contains 196 acres. The Phase I development includes 52.95 acres of the total site. DRMP provided site development services which included paving, grading and drainage; a potable water distribution system; a reuse water system; a sanitary sewer collection system; and a stormwater management system. In addition, DRMP provided construction inspection services which included weekly site visits, shop drawing review, pay request approvals, and certifications to reviewing agencies.
