LeeVista is an 1,800-acre mixed-use development located in South Orlando, just north of the Orlando International Airport, and is one of the more successful mixed-use projects in Central Florida. The development consists of approximately 5.5 miles of roadway, ten master stormwater lakes, four master lift stations and onsite wetland conservation areas.

DRMP began working with Richard Lee, President of FamLee Investment Company, in the early 1980's when he decided to convert his family's dairy farm into a large commercial, retail and residential development. Since then, DRMP has completed stormwater analysis, utility design, roadway designs, surveying and peer reviews for LeeVista. Currently, DRMP functions as LeeVista's Site Civil Engineer. Our staff reviews all projects to ensure the LeeVista site design criteria have been met.

As the Site Civil Engineers and Surveyors, DRMP has worked on over 100 different projects for LeeVista including the update of the master utility and stormwater systems to meet the most current criteria, land use and permitting conditions.
