1,200 acre mixed use tourist/commercial development located on the west side of the I-4/CR 532 interchange. DRMP has provided engineering services throughout the ADA/DRI process and is currently providing Phase I infrastructure design services, golf course design, and interchange modifications. Phase I infrastructure includes 2.5 miles of roadway design; master stormwater design; and water, sewer, and reuse main design. Phase I is providing services to the tourist/commercial center of the project. The 36-hole golf course design includes mass grading, master stormwater and re-use water main for irrigation. The I-4/CR 532 interchange improvements include design of free flow right-turn lanes and pond modifications to provide an aesthetically pleasing entrance to the project. DRMP also had the lead role in permitting with SFWMD, SWFWMD, FDEP and FDOT.
