BENEFITS DRMP offers a variety of benefits to our employees, listed below is a brief outline of the basic fringe benefit package we offer associated with employment. Additional details of the Company benefits package are outlined in the Company Policy Manual which is furnished upon hire. Company furnished health insurance: The Company maintains a Group Insurance Health policy for all employees. The health policy offers two options to each employee, an HMO Plan and a PPO Plan. Company-furnished life insurance: All employees of DRMP are provided life insurance coverage to the extent of one times their annual salary up to $100,000. |

Supplemental Benefits: The Company offers additional supplements benefits to their employees (short and long term disability, dental, vision, additional life, cancer, etc.) Retirement Program: There are three elements of DRMP's retirement program, 401(k) Retirement Fund, DRMP Profit Sharing Fund, and DRMP Employee Stock Ownership Program. Company Bonuses: In addition to the above fringe benefits, the Board of Directors has seen fit, based on profitability, to allocate bonuses to deserving employees. Holiday: You will receive eight paid holidays in accordance with standard DRMP Policy. Paid Time Off: You will accrue paid time off (PTO) in accordance with standard DRMP Policy (initially at the rate of sixteen days per year). Salary Adjustments: Salary adjustments may occur at any time for promotions, cost of living increases, and market adjustments. Adjustments are based on inflation, market trends, performance of employees, and profitability of the firm and are at the discretion of the Company. However, we plan a performance and salary review for each employee annually on the anniversary of their hire. Professional Development: DRMP strongly encourages the attainment of professional certification of its employees. To further that objective, the Company will pay for the initial or annual registration with the State of Florida of a qualified professional employee for technical areas relating to Company service areas.
