MITIGATION DESIGN & RESTORATION
Wetland regulatory agencies have begun to recognize that in certain cases adverse wetland impacts can be more effectively offset through participation in wetland mitigation banks. If this option is available, DRMP’s Professional Wetland Scientists offer comprehensive technical skills and scientific methods to guide our clients through the process of mitigation design, monitoring and permitting. As a viable alternative solution, Wetland Mitigation Banking can often reduce permit processing times and is sometimes more cost effective. DRMP’s responsibility to our clients and regulatory agencies is to ensure the mitigation designs we develop are consistent with regulatory guidelines and ultimately the mitigation site is successful.
