Welcome to the Lake Underhill Road Roadway Conceptual Analysis (RCA) Study web site. Lake Underhill Drive has been designated a Legacy Project. On June 21, 2006, Mayor Richard Crotty presented a program to the community entitled Invest in Orange County – Our Children's Legacy (the Initiative). The
intent of this Initiative is to use the extra tax dollars generated by
an unexpectedly large increase in taxable property values to
provide the ability to generate $530 Million in proceeds to address
a number of infrastructure and environmental preservation needs. These funds will be used for three main purposes: Environmental Preservation, Pedestrian Safety and Enhancements, and Roadway Improvements.

This site will provide information on the study to improve Lake Underhill Road. The limits of this study extend from Goldenrod Road to Rouse Road. Within these pages, you can learn about the study purpose as well as the RCA study process in general. You can also check on the schedule of the study and find out how you can get involved by reading the project newsletters.
