DRMP finds the time to show its employees their appreciation for a job well done. Each year, we plan a few exciting events to give our employees a chance to relax and enjoy each other’s company. A few of our events include an ice cream social, a BBQ complete with our own band and a continental Breakfast. We are strong competitors against each other for first place in the annual DRMP Olympics. We also break up the monotony of day-to-day work by having a sporadic “Wear your Hawaiian shirt” or “Funny Hat” days.
