Working from an established on-site construction office, DRMP’s CEI staff provided all resources necessary for contract administration activities including: scheduling, estimating, negotiating additional work, claims analysis and settlement, interpreting design build scope, Equal Employment Opportunity compliance, public information, and operation of a portable intelligent transportation system (PITS) used to provide motorists with advanced warning and information of ongoing construction activities.
