ABC Fine Wine and Spirits Civil Engineering Consultants Services
ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Florida Region

DRMP has provided site/civil engineering design for more than 100 ABC Fine Wine & Spirits stores throughout Florida.  These projects have involved all infrastructure for the site including design for drainage, site, traffic, utilities, estimating opinion of probable costs at varying design phases and permitting with appropriate agencies.

 

 

Central Florida Research Park On-Call Services
Central Florida Research Park

The park consists of 1,260 acres with the infrastructure and utilities costing approximately $30 million, and a completion date around 2005.  DRMP has provided and continues to provide all services related to DRI/ADA, surveying, roadway, stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection design, comprehensive civil engineering services, traffic operations design, signalization and construction management.  Central Florida Research Park is the largest, most successful research and development park in Florida.

Primera Phase I DRI
Glenwood Properties

Primera is a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) located east of Interstate-4 north of Lake Mary Boulevard in Lake Mary, Florida.  The entire site contains 196 acres.  The Phase I development includes 52.95 acres of the total site.  DRMP provided site development services which included paving, grading and drainage; a potable water distribution system; a reuse water system; a sanitary sewer collection system; and a stormwater management system.  In addition, DRMP provided construction inspection services which included:  weekly site visits, shop drawing review, pay request approvals, and certification to review agencies.

Alf Coleman Site Development
The St. Joe Company

DRMP was originally hired to work with the Owner’s environmental consultant, to supply boundary, topographic and wetland boundary surveys, and develop exhibits to convey the wetland impacts that would occur as a part of Dredge and Fill Permit Application, to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), FDEP and the City of Panama City Beach for the southwest corner for the intersection of Alf Coleman Road and Panama City Beach Park Parkway (US 98).  This initial task then lead to DRMP providing a Traffic Impact Analysis to include a 117,000 sf home improvement store, a 20,000 sf office supply store, a 10,000 sf specialty retail center, a 5,000 sf fast food restaurant with a drive through, a 5,000 sf drive-in bank on the southeast corner; and a 6,000 sf fast food restaurant with a drive through, a 5,000 sf drive-in bank on the southwest corner; and a 6,000 sf drive-in bank on the northeast corner of the intersection.
