DRMP was originally hired to work with the Owner’s environmental consultant, to supply boundary, topographic and wetland boundary surveys, and develop exhibits to convey the wetland impacts that would occur as a part of Dredge and Fill Permit Application, to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), FDEP and the City of Panama City Beach for the southwest corner for the intersection of Alf Coleman Road and Panama City Beach Park Parkway (US 98). This initial task then lead to DRMP providing a Traffic Impact Analysis to include a 117,000 sf home improvement store, a 20,000 sf office supply store, a 10,000 sf specialty retail center, a 5,000 sf fast food restaurant with a drive through, a 5,000 sf drive-in bank on the southeast corner; and a 6,000 sf fast food restaurant with a drive through, a 5,000 sf drive-in bank on the southwest corner; and a 6,000 sf drive-in bank on the northeast corner of the intersection.
