Public Involvement

Public involvement is a very important aspect of the development of these projects. The objective of these studies is to consider all public input and concerns during the process in order to provide a new roadway that is acceptable to the community. Thus, one of the primary goals during the engineering study is to solicit input from local residents, businesses, agencies, and other interested parties who will be utilizing the new roads on a daily basis. To accomplish this task, two (2) public information meetings will be held. These meetings will include presentations depicting the on-going results of the engineering studies, using maps, charts and engineering drawings.

Newsletters will also be mailed to property owners along the study corridor as well as anyone else interested in receiving them. If you are not a property owner but are interested in receiving the newsletters, please contact us via e-mail or telephone. The e-mail addresses and telephone numbers can be found in the Contact portion of this website.

In accordance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA), anyone needing special accommodations to participate in these meetings should contact the ADA Coordinator at 321-637-5347 no later than two (2) business days prior to the meeting.
